The New 2010 US-IRC Handbook is now available!!
US-IRC Foundation working closely with Sailing World magazine is pleased to announce the release of the 2010 US-IRC Handbook. For your convenience, this edition of the Handbook is available in electronic form and can be viewed in two digital versions: 1.
